    Challenge: onboard 400 employees at a new warehouse facility. 

    A manufacturer of servers and solutions for cloud-infrastructure clients needed a staffing solution to quickly fill 400 specialized warehouse and manufacturing roles within a year at its new facility in the Southwest. The company required a workforce of specialized warehouse and manufacturing roles to staff the location. To meet operational needs, the manufacturer needed a solution that could seamlessly scale to achieve and maintain a full capacity of 1,200 associates with low turnover

We onboarded a strong foundation of production and manufacturing associates and oversaw a large-scale hiring ramp to support the facility’s initial launch. By conducting weekly alignment meetings, the Kelly team ensured that hiring practices fulfilled facility needs throughout the year and kept turnover at a minimum. 

    Result: 955 employees onboarded, time-on-assignment increased by 166%.
