    The company, which has been providing customers with banking services since 1849, was looking for an efficient solution to improve its internal inconsistencies and unstructured staffing processes. It lacked a single point of contact for staffing orders, which made coordinating with hiring managers time-consuming and difficult. Intake calls were often missed, and recruiters had different understandings of the managers’ needs, leading to frustration on both sides. There was also a general sense of disengagement among managers and employees due to the inconsistent fill rates and support.

One of the biggest improvements was the development and implementation of detailed flow charts for each service line, clearly outlining the necessary steps from order intake through talent onboarding. This has helped all teams stay aligned and follow a consistent process. With these improvements in place, departments are more satisfied, and the business has continued to grow. Employees are also offered hybrid work schedules, allowing for better work-life balance and happier, more engaged employees. 

    Result: steady annual revenue growth, 2% turnover rate, and 370+ hires. 

    Since our staffing solutions were implemented, revenue for the company has grown each year— with last year’s annual revenue reaching $7 million. We've expanded the number of service lines we support throughout our years of partnership, demonstrating an increased trust in our ability to deliver results. Over the past two years, we’ve placed 372 employees with the company, primarily in accounting, finance, and IT. Additionally, 255 of those employees have successfully completed their assignment or been hired as full-time employees—with our turnover rate at an impressive 2%.
