Bill McHale is vice president of Scientific staffing within U.S. Operations for Kelly (Nasdaq: KELYA, KELYB), a global leader in providing workforce solutions. In his current role, he leads a strategic community of recruiting and sales specialists responsible for engaging and creating niche talent pipelines that align with the scientific and clinical workforce needs of Kelly clients. His teams focus on contract, contract to hire, and direct hire talent placements. 

Mr. McHale joined Kelly in 2014 with nearly two decades of dedicated experience in the workforce solutions industry, including leadership roles with Fortune 100 companies, multi-national organizations and smaller, high-growth entrepreneurial companies. Most recently, he was president of i3 Pharma Resourcing, an inVentivHealth company, where he was responsible for expanding the company’s clinical and data services staffing entities, functional service provider and pharmacovigilance customers, while developing global innovative human capital models in more than 30 countries. 

Mr. McHale holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University. With his deep industry expertise, coupled with his exposure within multinational Fortune 100 companies, Mr. McHale provides key insights to Kelly clients who are seeking talent in today’s tight scientific and clinical labor markets.
