Becky Rohm

National Sales Liason, Kelly®

Becky Rohm is the national finance sales liaison for Kelly (Nasdaq: KELYA, KELYB), a global leader in providing workforce solutions. She is responsible for growth and continued partnerships with Kelly’s mid-size portfolio of accounts across the United States.

In her role, Ms. Rohm consults with businesses to identify the most impactful workforce solutions that will help the business maintain a competitive advantage. Additionally, she works closely with the local recruiting teams to ensure timeliness on fulfillment of customers’ workforce solutions needs. With more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, Ms. Rohm provides customers subject matter expertise, local market intelligence, and local supply and demand information.  

Previously, Ms. Rohm served as a recruiting manager for Kelly’s finance product line. She joined Kelly in 2010 as a district manager in the Phoenix, Az. market – a position she held for five years.Prior to joining Kelly, Ms. Rohm was employed with Robert Half International where she held various roles of increasing responsibility.  Ms. Rohm attended Eureka College in Eureka, Ill., and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
