Teresa Carroll is executive vice president of Kelly Services, a global leader in providing workforce solutions. She is one of two EVPs reporting to George Corona, president and chief executive officer, and is responsible for both operational and functional support areas. 

On the operations side, Ms. Carroll serves as president of Global Talent Solutions where she is responsible for growing the company’s global client base while developing existing accounts. GTS encompasses KellyOCG, the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly Services, in addition to the company’s centralized operations team. In terms of functional responsibility, she is the general manager of several corporate administrative departments including Sales, Marketing and HR. 

Prior to her current role, Ms. Carroll was senior vice president and general manager of Global Talent Solutions for Kelly Services and played a strategic role in developing some of the company’s best performing products and solutions, resulting in double digit growth for the divisions she’s managed. She was among the first to advocate for a more holistic approach to talent, and continually promotes greater alignment and inclusiveness throughout talent strategy. She played an instrumental and pioneering role in development of the integrated Talent Supply Chain Management (TSCM) model—an approach that has become a cornerstone of many global organizations’ workforce strategies. 

Teresa’s contributions have yielded numerous industry awards. Under her leadership, KellyOCG has been named to the Global Outsourcing 100 Services Providers List by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), in the Leaders category, for six consecutive years, 2012 through 2017. In 2010, she was named to the “Women Worth Watching” List by Profiles in Diversity Magazine and was recognized as a “Pro to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine in 2012. Staffing Industry Analyst named Teresa to its annual Staffing 100 list for five consecutive years, 2014 - 2018, and to its Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing list in 2015 and 2016. 

Prior to joining Kelly, Teresa was a resident/industrial engineer for General Motors Corporation. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the GMI Engineering and Management Institute (now Kettering University) in Michigan. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and the Society of Women Engineers. In addition, she serves on the advisory council of the Workable Futures Initiative at the Institute for the Future.
