In February 2015, Kelly Services was awarded Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client Award. Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, the sixth annual Inavero Best of Staffing award is the only award in the US and Canada that recognizes staffing agencies that have proven superior service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients.
Less than two percent of all staffing agencies in the US and Canada receive the Best of Staffing award for service excellence utilizing the Net Promoter® methodology. The stark contrast in client satisfaction scores compared to the industry average - particularly among the largest staffing suppliers - is a clear indication that those firms who receive the Best of Staffing honor truly stand out for their service quality.

Kelly received satisfaction ratings of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 63 percent of their clients, significantly higher than the industry's average of 32 percent.
