Challenge: reliable talent needed for a major, high-profile Detroit sporting event. 

A security and event management company was responsible for meeting the event staffing
demands of a major professional sports league. The league was hosting a three-day, highly
televised event in downtown Detroit. The event management company needed the proper staff
and solutions in place to ensure that the event would be an efficient, safe, and organized
experience for all attendees. This would require hiring reliable, skilled talent who would attend a
training day and each subsequent day of the event—all within budget.
