In February 2011, Kelly Services was again named to the Best of Staffing™ Client list by Inavero, a Portland-based satisfaction research firm. Presented by CareerBuilder, Best of Staffing Client is the nation’s only satisfaction award that recognizes top staffing and recruiting firms that provide exceptional service to their clients. Kelly also received the award in 2010, the award’s inaugural year.

The award is given to staffing and recruiting firms that receive the highest scores from their clients through Inavero’s Best of Staffing surveys. The surveys are based on the Net Promoter Score® methodology, in which respondents rate their willingness to recommend a firm. Only the highest scoring firms receive the Best of Staffing honor.

Awarded for high client satisfaction

The average Best of Staffing competitor received satisfaction ratings of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 74 percent of their clients, significantly higher than the industry's average of 47 percent. Best of Staffing participants secured a place on the list by earning an average Net Promoter Score® that more than doubled the national staffing industry benchmark for client satisfaction.

In September 2011, Kelly was named to Inavero’s 2011 Best of Staffing™ Talent list. Like the Client list, this award recognizes top staffing and recruiting firms that provide exceptional service to their candidates. Kelly also received the award in 2010, the award’s inaugural year.

Kelly Services achieved satisfaction ratings of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 64 percent of their talent, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 50 percent.
